Every Friday I will share with you a cheese that I find delicious. This week's pick is Mango Ginger Stilton!
I thought I would start out on the sweet side. This cheese is a cow's milk English Stilton with bits of Mango and Ginger. This is one of my first ever favorite cheeses. It is also fairly easy to find. Most cheese shops will have it as well as nicer grocery stores, and of course good ol' Trader Joe's usually carries it. I ate a bit of it (a little goes a long way) with my coffee Tuesday morning, and it made my day! Have a nice weekend everyone! And stay tuned! Sunday, as tradition dictates, I will be firing up Ye Olde Chocolate Fountain for the Oscars!

I can't wait for the chocolate fountain. I will not be wearing my Sunday Best after last year- chocolate everywhere.

emily- i love your new blog, did i tell you that already? i will miss the chocolate fountain and oscar party. be sure to have everyone bring their smocks so they can get as much chocolate on themselves as possible. will write a blog description for me like you did for sue? you funny, me not.
